A: Soul Blueprint Art is the first generative artwork product built on the Human Design system, that creates a unique abstract design based on the date, time and location of your birth. Our artwork is inspired by the inner journey and designed to empower and uplift your soul.
Along with the visual piece you also get a custom-made booklet that explains your specific design, and the meaning behind all the elements in the artwork.
We operate as a print-on-demand store and offer custom-designed artwork printed on high-quality canvas or fine art paper, available framed or unframed. We also offer a digital file option, which includes a printable high-resolution image and a PDF booklet that you can print yourself.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We're based in the UK, but our artwork is available to anyone, anywhere in the world.
Q: What if I don't know my exact birth time or have incomplete birth information?
A: If you don't know your exact time you can estimate whether your birth time was before or after noon. If you don't know that either, selecting 12:00 PM will be accurate in most cases.
If you want to take it further, try out various times in the Gene Keys free chart. Based on the information provided for the various times you enter, you can determine what feels most accurate for you and go with that.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship orders?
A: We pour our love and intention into every artwork, and we aim to process orders within 1-4 days and ship them within 7-10 days. Digital files will be emailed to you within 4 days of purchase, so you can start experiencing the magic of our artwork right away. Read more about our delivery times.
Q: Do you offer free international shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping for all orders, because we believe that art should be accessible to everyone.
Q: Can I order multiple prints with different designs based on different birth charts?
A: Absolutely! You can order custom Soul Blueprint Art for yourself, your family members, or friends, each based on their individual birth data. This creates a personalized and meaningful gift for those you care about.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
A: We are committed to making a positive impact in the life of our customers, and that's why we offer a Joy Guarantee to ensure that you're fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you're not experiencing at least one moment of joy when looking at the physical artwork within the first 60 days, you can get in touch with us and we will give you 50% of your purchase value in store credit to buy other available artworks. Q: What is Human Design and how does it relate to the Soul Blueprint Artworks?
A: Human Design is a self-discovery system that combines elements of Astrology, the IChing, the Kabbalah, the Hindu chakra system, and Quantum Physics. It offers insights into your unique energy patterns, strengths, and challenges. The Soul Blueprint Artworks incorporate these elements to create a meaningful visual representation of your unique energy blueprint, helping you better understand your innate qualities and life purpose.
Q: How accurate and reliable is the information provided by the artwork and booklet?
A: Our artwork and booklet are based on the birth data you provide and the established principles of astrology and Human Design. While interpretations can vary, we strive to provide accurate information that has been formulated in the most practical and accesible way.
Q: Can the artwork be customized or personalized?
A: Each artwork is custom-made based on your birth data, and it also includes the name you provide as part of the design. This results in a one-of-a-kind creation that reflects your unique astrological blueprint. We don't accept any further customisation requests beyond what is already part of the product.
Q: Can the artwork and booklet be purchased separately?
A: Currently, we only offer the artwork and booklet as a bundled package, because they provide the most comprehensive experience together. The artwork serves as a visual representation of your celestial journey, while the booklet provides detailed interpretations and guidance.
Q: What percentage of the profits goes to charity, and how is it used?
A: We proudly donate a portion of our profits to the Ocean Cleanup and to JustDiggit to support their efforts in cleaning up our oceans and rivers, as well as regreening African soil by empowering local communities.
We only launched Soul Blueprint Art on the 26th March 2023, and it takes some time to get a business off the ground. Our goal is to work up to 5% of profits that we donate on a quarterly basis. This will be documented so our customers can see the positive impact that their business with us has on our world.
Q: Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?
A: No, our artworks are meant to inspire you on your personal spiritual journey. That's why they are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
If you're a content creator it's ok to have the artwork show in the background of your social media photos or videos, however you cannot use our products as props or background imagery to sell or promote any other products.
Q: Are there any ongoing resources or support provided after purchasing the product?
A: Yes, we offer ongoing resources through our newsletter, blog, and social media channels. We share our perspective on subjects related to Human Design, astrology, personal growth, and spirituality to help you continue your self-discovery journey.
Q: Can I gift a Soul Blueprint Art to someone else?
A: Sure, gifting a Soul Blueprint Artwork is a thoughtful and unique present. You will need to know the recipient's birth data (date, time, and place) first.
Q: Will the artwork and booklet help me make tangible changes in my life, or is it just a piece of art?
A: Our intention is for the Soul Blueprint Art and booklet to serve as both a visually inspiring artwork and a powerful tool for self-discovery.
Ultimately it's up to you to make changes and to live in your purpose. Nothing outside of you can do that for you, but we're confident that if you explore the insights provided with this product, you can gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, challenges, and life purpose.
Q: Is the artwork and booklet suitable for people of all spiritual backgrounds and beliefs?
A: Yes, Soul Blueprint Art is designed to be inclusive and accessible to people of diverse spiritual backgrounds and beliefs. Our artwork and booklet provide insights based on Human Design principles, and they fall under the overarching belief that we're eternal spiritual beings having a temporary physical experience on this Earth.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: We create each Soul Blueprint and the associated booklet uniquely for each customer, so we do not accept returns for these custom products. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at support@soulblueprint.art and provide photo proof of the damage or courier confirmation in case of lost parcels. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, because we want you to experience the magic of our artwork. Read more about returns.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We understand that sometimes we change our mind, so customers can cancel their order within the first 24 hours, or less if the order has already been processed. After that, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not available because of the custom-made nature of our products. Read more about cancelling your order.
